Covid-19 Keeping you safe
Risk Assesments

Great news...Training will now start but in order to do so there are some safety guidelines that need to be agreed in order to keep everyone safe within the club during the  Covid -19 pandemic.

These guidelines have been set from the F.A and we have added our oun guidelines as a club also.

Every individual is important to us at the club which ever role you take part in so safety comes first!

Its important that you abide by the guidelines in order to keep the potential spread of covid 19.

Its important to add that the guidelines change from time to time and we will do our best to update you.

Step 1

In order for the training to start each Coach, player has to fill in a Risk Assesment Questionnaire. The reason for this is deduce if there are any players, staff that may be showing signs of Covid -19.

This will be given out at your first training session.

You will also see a section at the end of each form that players need to have there oun email address as this is now a new requirement from the F.A.

If your child does not have one then please generate one for them.

The questionnaire is,
